  • The Board of the Flora Academic Foundation has released a revised entertainment schedule for the Appleknocker Festival.


    The September 24 festival will begin at 8 a.m. and will run into the afternoon.

    The September 24 festival will begin at 8 a.m. and will run into the afternoon.
    On the main stage
    8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m Late registration and check-in for the FAF 5K and 1 mile Runs.
    8:30 a.m. 100 yard dash (Age 8 and under participants)
    8:45 a.m. 5K and 1 mile run start
    9:45 a.m. Race awards and photos of winners
    10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Flora High School Band
    10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Power and Grace Tumbling
    12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. Jesse White Tumblers
    1:05 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. Barney Fife impersonator Larry DeLawder
    2:05 p.m. to 2:35 p.m. Second Performance of Kahok Dancers
    3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. DAS*zle Dance and Tumbling
    On the Festival Grounds
    11:35 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. First performance of the Kahok Dancers
    Throughout the day
     TA-DA Robots, Crawford County Krazy Klowns, Stilt Walker, Mime, guitar player Christopher Voelker, wood carver and sculptor Don Morris, inflatable Jurassic Adventure (For ages 10 and under), and the Boy Scout Troop 282 Monkey Bridge.
