Clay County Farm Bureau to host Life Line screening on Veteran’s Day

November 11, 2009, the Clay County Farm Bureau will be hosting a Life Line Screening in Louisville. Screenings are fast, painless, affordable and convenient. Life Line Screening has partnered with over 370 hospitals across the country and has screened over 5 million participants. Screenings will be offered to Clay County Farm Bureau members and to the public.

The 5 Screenings available that day include: Stroke/Carotid Artery Screening, Heart Rhythm Screening, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening, Peripheral Arterial Disease Screening and Osteoporosis Screening. All 4 tests can be bought in a package with only $139. Add the Osteoporosis Screening for $10 more. Participants will receive their results within 21 days of testing.
Pre-registration is required. Participants must call 1-800-324-1851 to make appointments. Additional questions can be answered by calling the Clay County Farm Bureau office at 618.665.3300.
