Chief John Nicholson releases the following information:
Monday, March 2nd at 12:37 a.m. Shawna L. Matchett, 31, of Flora was issued a local ordinance citation for Disturbing the Peace following an incident in the 800 block of N. Worthey.
All persons are merely accused of the charges against them and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
