Chief John Nicholson releases the following information:

Tuesday, November 3rd at 10:13 a.m. the department investigated an accident at 222  Adams involving a 2000 GM pickup operated by Michelle D. Fulk, 30, of Louisville and a residence.  No injuries were reported. 

Tuesday, November 3rd at 8:20 p.m. Dwight B. Buffington, 17, of Flora was arrested for No Valid Drivers License and DUI following a traffic stop at Shadwell and Price Street.

Tuesday, November 3rd at 9:29 p.m. Douglas L. Lindsey, 36, of Flora was issued a local ordinance citation for Disturbing the Peace following an incident in the 100 block of East North Avenue. 
All persons are merely accused of the charges against them and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
