Chief John Nicholson releases the following information:
Saturday, March 6th at 1:38 a.m. Scott D. Land, 38, of Cisne was issued citations for DUI, Improper Lane Usage and Improper Turn following a traffic stop in the 100 block of E. 6th.
Saturday, March 6th at 10:58 p.m. Wendy A. Massie, 31, of Cisne was issued citations for Speeding, Driving While License Revoked and Operating Uninsured Vehicle following a traffic stop on S. State at Walnut. Massie posted cash bond and was released with a court date.
All persons are merely accused of the charges against them and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
