Chief John Nicholson releases the following information:
Wednesday, February 1 at 10:40 p.m. Jerome F. Pride, 54, of Flora was issued a local ordinance citation for Open Alcohol on Public Property following an incident in the 300 block of Park.
Thursday, February 2 at 12:42 p.m. the department investigated an accident at U.S. Route 45/50 and N. Olive Road involving a 2006 Ford F150 operated by Kenneth R. Pearce, 84, of Flora and a 2003 Buick LeSabre operated by Martha L. McHenry, 86, of Flora. McHenry and a passenger Velda L. Lambirch, 66, of Rinard reported minor injuries.
Friday, February 3 at 12:05 a.m. Jason L. Senters, 38, of Flora was issued citations for DUI, Improper Lane Usage, Driving Suspended and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and a passenger Vickie M. Odem, 22, of Xenia was issued a citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Vincennes.
Friday, February 3 at 3:30 p.m. the department investigated an accident in the 100 block of W. North Avenue involving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu operated by a 17 year old male of Flora and a 2001 Dodge 1500 operated by a 17 year old male of Rinard. No injuries were reported.
Friday, February 3 at 7:00 p.m. Marie P. Sanchez, 47, of Flora was issued a citation for Driving While License Revoked following a traffic stop in the 700 block of W. North Avenue.
Saturday, February 4 at 12:53 a.m. William C. Pulley, 41, of Clay City was issued citations for Driving without Lights When Required and DUI following a traffic stop at E. North Avenue and Meyer St.
Sunday, February 5 at 1:03 p.m. Angela M. O’Dell, 35, of College Station, TX was arrested on a Clay County Warrant for Failure to Appear on original charge of DUI and a Richland County Warrant for Failure to Appear for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Possession of Controlled Substance. O’Dell posted cash bond and was released with a court date.
Monday, February 6 at 12:46 a.m. Derek H. Koch, 30, of Flora was issued citations for DUI and Improper Lane Usage following a traffic stop in the 900 block of S. State. Koch was also arrested on a Richland County Warrant for Fraud. Koch posted cash bond and was released with a court date.
All persons are merely accused of the charges against them and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
