Chief John Nicholson releases the following information:

Sunday, January 17th at 12:40 a.m. Brad L. Young, 35, of Flora was issued a local ordinance citation for Disturbing the Peace following an incident in the 100 block of East North Avenue. 

Tuesday, January 19th at 12:30 a.m. Shawna L. Matchett, 31, of Flora was issued citations for DUI and Improper Lane Usage and a local ordinance citation for Disturbing the Peace following a traffic stop in the 100 block of N. Locust.
