Hoop for Hunger Scrimmage date set

The newest International Basketball League team, the Southern Illinois Truth, will be hosting scrimmage at Flora High School on Tuesday, May 19th inside Conley Gymnasium.
The scrimmage will be two games and will start at 6 p.m.
The first will be for the local area to see the talent and faced paced action of the Truth and the second scrimmage will involve members of the community playing against the Truth.
Admission to the scrimmage is a can of food which will be collected and donated to the Food Pantry in Flora. Concessions will be provided during the scrimmage with all proceeds being donated to Flora High School.
The Southern Illinois Truth is encouraging everyone in the area to come and meet the team and help the local food pantry in the process.
