  • NCAA slams Penn State with $60 million fine, four-year bowl ban

  • INDIANAPOLIS — Penn State was fined $60 million and had all of its victories from 1998 to 2011 vacated in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. The NCAA handed out the "unprecedented" ruling on Tuesday morning.
