The Clay Electric Cooperative will host their 2019 Annual Meeting “Power for Generations” on Thursday, August 22 at Oil Belt Christian Service Camp activity building on Old Highway 50 West.
Come out from 5 to 8 p.m. for a pork chop or chicken dinner, children’s activities (including a bounce house), a health fair, prize drawings (five $100 bill credits, five $50 bill credits, and door prizes will be drawn at the end of the business meeting), and more! The business meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.
If you are like me, you should have received your 75th Annual Meeting invitations in the mail. Keep a hold of it, as it is the easiest way to register at the meeting. There is a bar code on the back that we will scan at registration to apply this year’s $20 bill credit to your account. We will have a line for registration by name or account number for those who lose or did not receive the packet, but the folks with their cards will probably make faster progress to the dinner line! Additional meeting packets are available by request at Clay Electric Cooperative's headquarters at 7784 Old Highway 50 in Flora.
