Sheriff Andy Myers released the following:

Jan. 4, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Jonathan G. Zimmerman, 39, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County Contempt warrant. Bond set at $150.00 cash. He posted bond and was released.

Jan. 5, Jamie J. Branom, 39, Xenia, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $25,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.

Jan. 7, Clay County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Jennifer Cochran, 29, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Driver's License Suspended. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. Cochran is also wanted on two (2) Effingham County warrants, one for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, bond set at $3,500.00(10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee and the other for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Driver's License Suspended, bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.

Jan. 8, Everett E. Elledge, 35, Louisville, was arrested on two outstanding Clay County warrants. The first a Clay County Contempt warrant, bond set at $150.00 cash and the 2nd, Failure to Appear on the original charge of Aggravated Domestic Battery, bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.

The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
