CANTON-Canton School District will conduct free screenings for pre-school aged children, birth to 5.
Pre-School clinic is for the purpose of screening vision, hearing, speech and general development of preschool children (ages 3 to 5 years) who reside in Canton School District.
Participation in this screening is required for application to Canton Little Learners.
For children ages 33 to 35 months, a Developmental Screening Checklist will be mailed to the parent to complete with their child and returned to the school district.
The Early Beginnings staff will also be available to conduct a developmental screening at Wesley United Methodist Church Thursday, Jan. 30, 8:30 to 11 a.m. for children below 33 months of age.
Parents of pre-school children should call 647-1418 to make an appointment.
The screening will be held at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 120 North Ave. A, in Canton on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, Jan. 28, 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 30, 8:30 to 10:45 a.m.
Friday, Jan. 31, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
