The City Council of the City of Flora, Illinois is now allowing "in person" attendance at the City Council meetings. Said attendance is subject to the most recent Disaster Declaration and Executive Order signed by the Governor of the State of Illinois. The number of individuals attending may be limited to no more than fifty (50) people or less as determined by the City Council. The council will continue with participation by telephone for those members of the public who are interested in attending. Public comments may be made by individuals attending the meeting in person or by phone or comments will be accepted by email prior to the meeting (bburgess@florail.us) and will be read aloud during the public comments portion.
